THE LIFE RECOVERY NEWS

A WORK IN PROGRESS...

To A New Life

Welcome ...This is the website every one was waiting for. We hope you like its outgoing effects. It's the site that considers, recovery begins with You.
Self Preception: ...If we lived in bondage to our compulsive behaviors for a while, we probably see more bad inside us than good. Many of us tend to see life in terms of all or nothing.

...But in recovery, we need a balanced understanding of ourself. We need to see that along with our bad points we have also have been gifted with strengths.

...It's not an either/or proposition. A balanced view of ourself will help us better understand our shortcomings while also giving us greater hope in our protential.

Consider This: ...Life recovery has three attributes: Spiritual, Mental and Physical. We must find that platform and/or framework to work our recovery.

...Reading the twelve steps of AA/NA, I have found that the best platform for me was the Bible and the framework is the twelve steps. To give you an idea of what I am talking about, Consider this: >>

--Editor's Foreword

Those of us in recovery, and/or other Twelve Step programs seek to Strengthen our understanding of our Higher Power. The Third Step asks us to turn our will and our life over to the care of God, as we understand God. Perhaps we falter from time to time and have to ask ourselves anew what this means. It's about... LET GO and LET GOD.
In fellowship,
The Authors
